1. Education only, not advice

Everything in RealWay — guides, calculators, stories and RealWay AI answers — is general information for learning. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or credit advice. RealWay is not a registered financial advisor, broker, lawyer or accountant. When something sounds like “do this,” it's an example of what has worked for other people, not a recommendation for your situation. Before a big decision, do your own research and talk to a licensed professional.

Age: 13 and up

RealWay is only for people 13 and older. If you're under 13, please don't use RealWay or create an account. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we'll delete it.

Teens 13–17 can use RealWay and create an account on their own — no parent permission needed, unless a law where you live says otherwise. Some real-world steps — like opening an investing account, getting a credit card or signing a loan — usually require you to be 18, or need a parent or guardian to open the account with you (for example, a custodial account). In the app, those buttons carry an 18+ tag. For big money moves, it's smart to talk it over with a trusted adult.

2. Investing is risky

You can lose money, even in S&P 500 funds. Past results and backtests don't guarantee future results. Projections use assumptions and are examples only. Borrowing against your investments can lead to margin calls, forced sales and taxes.

3. AI can be wrong

RealWay AI can give wrong, incomplete or outdated information. Double-check anything important with official sources. If an answer is wrong or harmful, tap “Report”. RealWay AI is not for emergencies: call 911, or call or text 988 if you're in crisis.

4. Programs and third-party info

Programs, phone numbers, rates and rules change. We check official sources, but always confirm with the agency or company before you apply.

5. Personal stories

The founder's story is one person's real experience. Your results may be different.

6. Partner links

Some links are partner links, and RealWay may earn a referral fee if you sign up or get a loan. It never costs you extra and doesn't change our advice. We're not responsible for other companies' sites, products or services.

How we pick links: as far as we know, our buttons go to each company's or agency's own official site, and we recheck them when we update the app. We don't run those sites and can't promise what they do, so look for the right address before you sign in or share info. Sources in AI answers come from a web search, not from us. If a link looks wrong, email luis713er@yahoo.com and we'll fix or remove it.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't use RealWay for anything illegal, to harass others, or to mislead people.
• Don't try to hack, overload or break into the app.
• Don't bulk-copy the content with automated tools.

8. Your account

Keep your password safe. You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that abuse the app.

9. No warranty

RealWay is provided free and “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the information is accurate, complete or current, or that the app will always work without errors.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RealWay and its founder are not liable for any loss or damage from using the app or from decisions you make based on it.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
